There is no difference between Agile Teams and Adaptive Teams. It’s just that the former are loaded with a dying buzzword, while the latter can still fly without such weight.
Improving team leadership is therefore one of Adaptomos’ central concerns. Some companies that want to increase their adaptivity implement scaling frameworks for this purpose and neglect the actual central element of adaptability, namely the team, the people in the team, and the interaction of the people in the team.
This needs to be changed.
Training courses for the so-called role of agile coach are offered worldwide. Some of these training courses are methodologically rich, practically very helpful, and therefore valuable. However, agility as a buzzword is constantly losing importance, and the role of the agile coach is also losing relevance. We at Adaptomos regret this. Our training concept is therefore based on a reorientation in terms of both name and content.
