Our Process: The Adaptomos Council Session

We offer a single, focused product: a half-day session built on stillness, clarity, and dialogue.

The Memo-First Mandate: The foundation of our process is the client’s own thinking. They are tasked with framing their challenge in a single, narrative-driven 6-page memo. This act of writing forces internal clarity before the session even begins.

The Custom-Assembled Council: For each session, Adaptomos assembles a bespoke Council. It consists of 5 experienced senior experts, our Quiet Masters. These individuals are selected from our curated collective of former executives and subject matter experts, precision-matched to each client’s problem.

The Dialogue: The session begins with all participants reading the paper memo in silence, individually and with concentration, for thirty minutes. What follows is not a presentation, but a moderated dialogue. The Council’s role is not to provide answers, but to ask better questions, to challenge hidden assumptions, and to provide the fundamental, historical context that is missing from the client’s perspective.

This investment secures a four-hour focused immersion for your leadership team. The experience is designed for deep thought and has a clear, formal conclusion.

The Process & Environment

The Adaptomos session is designed as a focused immersion, bracketed by dedicated periods for arrival and departure. The central part of the engagement is a structured, four-hour dialogue, which allows for a complete half-day experience. A typical morning session runs from 9:00 to 13:00, while an afternoon session may run from 13:30 to 17:30.

The Council Debrief & Synthesis

Following your departure, the Council convenes to synthesize their collective observations. The profound insights from this expert-only debrief form the basis of the concise summary document you receive within 48 hours.
